Previous generations are no longer in production but can be found second hand on sites like ebay. The current and newest generation is Beyblade X. They are made and distributed by Takara Tomy in Asia and Hasbro in the west. Hasbro is around a year behind when it comes to releases so a lot of people will order online from proxy sites to get the latest releases. Unlike MFB and Burst, Beyblade X is produced to the same standard and quality regardless of manufacturer. The only difference is packaging and in most cases the names are slightly different and reversed. For example Phoenix Wing 9-60GF is a Takara Tomy release, the Hasbro release is named Soar Phoenix 9-60GF.
